Please try to complete at least once a week in between our squad training sessions.
- 10 minute warm-up – jog and stretch
- Drills – high knees /heel flicks/ skips
- Speed endurance – shuttle runs on football pitch -goal line/halfway line/ goal line /baseline
- Timed run – 2000 m (just over 2 miles) must be continuous – 10 minutes
- Cool down – jog and stretch
