DESCRIPTION:Building on the success of last year’s event\, we are delighted to invite all affiliated schools to take part in our Boys-Only and Girls-Only Team-Building Events. \nEVENT OVERVIEW\nGirls Only: 30th September\nBoys Only: 14th October\nBoth 9.30 – 12.00\nHenley Bank High School \nTHE TEAMS\nThis event for pupils in years 4 to 6.\nEach school can bring along a squad of up to 10 pupils. \nEVENT LEAD\nHenley Bank School Staff and their Sport Leaders will be supporting the GSSN with the running of this event. \nEVENT FORMAT\nThese events are designed for small groups of pupils who would benefit from additional team-building opportunities in a supportive single-gender environment. The focus is on developing communication\, cooperation\, confidence and positive peer relationships through a range of engaging activities. Pupils who may find working with others challenging\, lack confidence in larger competitive settings\, or would benefit from quality time with peers in a positive environment are particularly encouraged to attend.\nEvents are led by trained young leaders and staff\, who deliver a selection of fun team-building challenges alongside small-sided multi-sport activities.
