Teams of 10 children – mixed ( boys and girls). \nEvent Lead\nGloucestershire Cricket Foundation supported by Sir Thomas Rich’s School Sports Leaders and GSSN staff will be leading the event. \nEvent Format\nThis will be a skills drill practice session followed by small-sided indoor cricket games.\nIt is a participation event\, not a competition. \nShould you wish to bring along a team\, please email bh@gssn.o.uk

(Top car park\, pass the tennis center) \nThursday 4th December = 14.00-15.00\nWednesday 14th January – 14.00-15.00\nWednesday 4th February – 14.00-15.00\nWednesday 25th February – 14.00-15.00 – County Squad selection races \nCounty Championships Sunday 8th March –  Ashley Manor Preparatory School\, Ashley Manor\, 252 London Road\, Cheltenham\, GL52 6NR \nSunday 8th March – Meet at 9.00 o’clock at Ashley Manor Preparatory School \nTRAINING SESSIONS:\nAll squad members are encouraged to run for 20 mins non-stop twice weekly. \nIn addition to the runs\, athletes may try to complete at least once a week in between our squad training sessions. \n10 minute warm-up – jog and stretch\nDrills – high knees /heel flicks/ skips\nSpeed endurance – shuttle runs on football pitch -goal line/halfway line/ goal line /baseline\nTimed run – 2000 m (just over 2 miles) must be continuous – 10 minutes\nCool down – jog and stretch \nCheryl Stennett\nGSSN Network Manager /  School Games Organiser\nTel: 07817332928\nwww.gssn.co.uk
