Primary Cross country Training session 2023

Please try to complete at least once a week in between our squad training sessions.

  1. 10 minute warm-up – jog and stretch
  2. Drills – high knees /heel flicks/ skips
  3. Speed endurance – shuttle runs on football pitch -goal line/halfway line/ goal line /baseline
  4. Timed run – 2000 m (just over 2 miles) must be continuous – 10 minutes
  5. Cool down – jog and stretch
