TEAM BUILDING GIRLS & BOYS-ONLY TARGET GROUPS

Building on the success of last year’s event, we are delighted to invite all affiliated schools to take part in our Boys-Only and Girls-Only Team-Building Events.

EVENT OVERVIEW
Girls Only: 30th September
Boys Only: 14th October
Both 9.30 – 12.00

THE TEAMS
This event for pupils in years 4 to 6.
Each school can bring along a squad of up to 10 pupils.

EVENT LEAD
Henley Bank School Staff and their Sport Leaders will be supporting the GSSN with the running of this event.

EVENT FORMAT
These events are designed for small groups of pupils who would benefit from additional team-building opportunities in a supportive single-gender environment. The focus is on developing communication, cooperation, confidence and positive peer relationships through a range of engaging activities. Pupils who may find working with others challenging, lack confidence in larger competitive settings, or would benefit from quality time with peers in a positive environment are particularly encouraged to attend.
Events are led by trained young leaders and staff, who deliver a selection of fun team-building challenges alongside small-sided multi-sport activities. The emphasis is on participation, enjoyment and personal development rather than competition, creating a welcoming and non-intimidating experience for all pupils.
