TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT
October 8 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 pm
All GSSN schools are invited to our Table Tennis Competition.
THE TEAMS
This competition is for boys and girls in Key Stage 2.
4 boys and 4 girls—any age and any ability.
EVENT LEAD
The GSSN staff will be leading this event with the support of Upton St Leonards C of E Primary School staff.
EVENT FORMAT
Players will be seeded 1 , 2, 3 and 4 -this will be their playing order.
All competitors will receive a certificate with medals being awarded to the top three placed schools.
RULES
Each player will play an individual singles match against their opposite ranked player.
Players will also play one doubles match. (1 and 2 verses 1 and 2, and 3 and 4 verses 3 and 4)
The boy’s and girls’ results will be totalled together, and the team winning the most games will win overall.
Each game will be played to 11 points with alternate serves every two points.
A serve that touches the net is a ‘Let’.
