CHRISTMAS DANCE AND PERFORMANCES FESTIVAL AT RIBSTON HALL – Schools rehearse at 4pm, Doors open at 6pm – Show at 6.30pm

“Additional Night Added to the Festival” – Ribston Hall High School to Host!
We are excited to announce that due to the overwhelming interest from schools wanting to participate in our Dance Festival, we have added an extra night to the schedule.

All schools are invited to bring along a group of children to perform a wither a dance or an additional performing arts acts. If schools have a group of children who want to read a Christmas poem or act out a Christmas sketch, then send along their details. There are no limitations on the number of pupils and/or groups each school can bring.

This Festival will provide a fantastic opportunity for your pupils to experience the excitement of preparing for a stage show and then being given a ‘performance platform’.

The Festival Format
16.00 School dance groups arrive. Briefing and rehearsal on stage with music and lights
18.00 Doors open for tickets sales – refreshments available
18.30 Start of show
The end of the show is to be confirmed depending on the number of acts (approximate time 19.30 / 19.45)

Tickets
This is a cash only event.
Schools to let us know how many approximate tickets are required for family and/or friends/other spectators.
There will be no advance selling of tickets – all spectators are to purchase their tickets at the door at 18.00 before the show starts at 18.30.

Adults £5.00 (16 or over)
Child £2.50
Family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) £13.00

Important information:
·Schools to provide a brief description of the dance and the year group/s involved in the program as soon as they are able to. An A5 page is available to each performing group.
·Schools to provide music via email in an MP3 format.
·Show running order will be chosen randomly.
·Programmes will be available at the door free of charge.
